Under Control Short Stay Management was created originally as a beautification service to domestic homes and then transitioned onto Airbnbs and other short stay accommodation by accident. A client also kept her home as an Airbnb listing whilst going away on holidays, so then the service extended into Airbnb servicing and management. From then on word of mouth spread, with a few helpful ads in social media and other task related platforms and what was a hobby, developed into a full time business.
Under Control Short Stay Management mainly looks after homes and short stay accommodations that are seeking styling and staging, but seeks to assist in check ins, guest communications, management, restyling and consulting on new properties. Linen can be provided at a cost to the owner including furnishings and other items such as toiletries and essential provisions which include detergents, cooking essentials and rubbish disposal implements.
